Indian managers want to cooperate with Saxon companies

Visit to the world's largest industrial fair in Hannover complements visit to Germany

With the objective of entering into new cooperation and business with German companies, 18 Indian managers and executives have come to Dresden for a four-week stay at GICON® InTraBiD GmbH. Within the framework of a program of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), they are taking part in a manager training course in Germany (http://www.managerprogramm.de/en/) from 24 April to 19 May 2017.

Exchange of know-how and goods between India and Germany

The diversified areas of interest of the managers ranges from the purchase of chemicals, photovoltaic systems and water treatment equipment, to the export of textiles, deep-drawn parts and tool management solutions to Germany. But it is not only the exchange of goods that is the focus of attention, but also the establishment of business partnerships between the two countries. Together, the industrial and energetic infrastructure of the Asian country is to be developed.

In addition to seminars coordinated by the German Association for International Cooperation (GIZ), individual visits to German companies and trade fairs are also offered to achieve the individual program objectives. In this context, the group will attend the world's largest industrial fair in Hannover.

GICON® InTraBiD has been supporting the group for several months

Prior to the visit to Dresden, the managers were prepared for their stay in Germany with help from an on-site workshop in Delhi conducted by Peter Rösler, a freelance instructor with GICON® InTraBiD GmbH. Priority areas were clarified and potential business ties prepared. (An interview can be found HERE). Even after the stay in Germany, the training center will continue to be in contact with the participants. The before-and-after support is a success guarantee for the "Fit for Partnership with Germany" program.
