Turkmen managers meet German businessmen

Businesses in many industries in the spotlight

With interests ranging from agricultural engineering and photovoltaic modules to vegetable oil presses, 21 Turkmen managers and executives are participating in the Manager Training Programme in Dresden sponsored by Germany’s Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). At GICON® InTraBiD, they are being trained in accordance with the "Fit for Partnership with Germany", program to establish first business contacts with German companies. In addition to large companies such as Daimler AG, Claas (harvesters and tractors) and Wincor-Nixdorf (ATMs), many small and medium-sized enterprises are also on the agenda of the individual business people and representatives of public authorities from the Central Asian republic.

The visitors will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and experience with Saxon companies during their four-week stay, for example with group visits to the Dresden-based packaging specialists Theegarten Pactec, to the electric motor manufacturer VEM and to the logistics company Sachsenlandtransporte. Moreover, at the IFA 2016 in Berlin, they can not only become acquainted with the latest trends in consumer electronics, but also find out how companies optimally market their products and services at home and abroad.
